Refund Policy

For one-time programs (such as the Discovery Session or Transformation Program), you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that no online sessions have been completed and no digital materials have been accessed or delivered.

Sessions already delivered, meetings already held, and digital materials or assets already accessed or provided are non-refundable.

If you have purchased a package with multiple sessions and wish to cancel after some have been used, you may request a partial refund for the unused sessions, prorated based on the total program fee. Delivered sessions will not be refunded.

Monthly partnership plans can be cancelled at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing period, and no further charges will occur. Fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable.

If you miss or need to reschedule a session, please provide notice at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited and are not refundable.

If you believe there has been a duplicate or accidental charge, please contact us immediately. Any confirmed duplicate payments will be fully refunded.

Refunds, when approved, are processed through Stripe. Processing time depends on Stripe and your bank, but typically funds are returned within 5–10 business days.

We ask that you first contact us to resolve any payment issues. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may affect your eligibility for future services.
